Ok.heres an outline for an off-season set of moves that's probably ridiculous but eh.

Trade Ju to Memphis, Receive Jerome
Trade Rudy to Charlotte for two FRPs.
Extend Ayo
Sign IHart

Obviously there's plenty on the edges to be filed down here, but is this..... Completely far fetched? NBA roster building is completely arcane to me at this point but I think with these deals with those teams we can send out more than we bring in.

There also additional moves to be made there, but I guess for me I'd like to see them liquidate Ju and Rudy into tradable assets that you can hold for now cause I don't like most of the options on the table.

I wouldn't mind Trey Murphy here if he's gettable but apparently the price is gonna be high I guess.

I personally think that lineup, minus Rudy and Julius plus IHart, Ayo, Jerome and Naz already has a higher ceiling than this year's but the floor is likely lower without Rudy

I was looking at various salaries of players in a team and also saw some traded that people proposed and one guy that might be interesting to get back in a Randle deal is Grant Williams. Apparently when healthy he still plays good D and he is a good 3 point shooter with reasonably good volume. I think he might be sort of a Kyle Anderson type impact player when we originally got him as a FA. Of course the difference is Williams brings a guy that spaces the floor. Idk enough about the Hornets to know what they are trying to do with their roster but williams as a rotational depth guy might be the type of reconfigure type move that could pay off. If it doesn't he is a FA after this coming season so you can just move on. The Hornets don't have a use for Randle so they would have to be involved in a multi team deal somehow. Ok that's it I need to stop... Lol
