Appearing on ESPN's "First Take," Brian Windhorst detailed why the presence of point guard -- and fellow Klutch Sports client -- Tyrese Maxey was a major factor in LeBron James choosing to join the Philadelphia 76ers in free agency.
"LeBron [has a] comfort level and connection with Tyrese Maxey going back to when he was in college when he joined [Klutch]. Cleveland did not have that. Miami did not have that."
This should help fuel Ant’s competitive drive next season. LeBron chose Maxey over Edwards. This report should be on Ant’s bulletin board.
This makes sense. Maxey stayed with Klutch, Ant left them. It would be hard to imagine Lebron rewarding Ant after leaving his agency.

If Ant is paying attention, his competitive drive should have kicked in the moment he saw a star next to Maxey's name on Rich Paul's white board...the only player with such a designation. I continue to think James made his decision in early July right after meeting with Embiid.
