Randle represents empty stats and last year and careerwise has been a downgrade from KAT! I view Randle a bit like I did DLO. Get him off the fking team asap. And I'd bet that if Wolves were stupid enough to offer him a long term extension, he'll suck worse as he's no longer worried about playing for a payday. Hopefully, we can trade him very soon. You can't play Randle against OKC and ever expect to win a series. I'd rather see Naz, Shannon and if Miller blossoms, Miller get those minutes and even Vooch (who I've probably watched nearly every game for the past two years and he's still got it!).FNG wrote: ↑Sat Jun 21, 2025 12:18 pmAs I understand it, we would be trading a starting PF who averaged 19/7/5 last season for a backup center to Rudy and a PG who is almost always injured. Also no thanks.

Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
Now that the KD sage is over, I would just like to resubmit my idea for Scottie Barnes. Love his fit on this team, no idea on the price to aquire him
Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
The guy shot 27% from 3 last year. I’d rather keep Randle, if Barnes is the alternative. The reason I don’t like Randles fit is his 3 point shooting. Considering how much Barnes would undoubtedly cost, this would be a terrible direction to goAussieWolf3 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 22, 2025 12:17 pm Now that the KD sage is over, I would just like to resubmit my idea for Scottie Barnes. Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
Barnes signed an extension starting at 38 mil next season. My biggest complaint for Randle is on the defensive end. He had a very poor rebounding year and offers zippo for rim protection.D-Loser25 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 22, 2025 12:25 pmThe guy shot 27% from 3 last year. Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
If the Spurs and Thunder didn't have such unbeatable assets I would want to keep our powder dry this season and go all out for Giannis next off-season. He's stated before that Ant is his favorite player, but of KD said the same thing lol
Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
It’s time for all of us to put more time and effort into this thread now that we can leave the other thread behind and breath a sigh of relief. My starting premise is that we don’t HAVE to make a significant trade and that it wouldn’t necessarily be a bad idea to bring back last season’s team except NAW. I like NAW a lot but I don’t think we can afford him and we have a bevy of talented SGs, starting with Ant obviously but also including Donte, TSJ, and Clark.
Before I suggest any more trade ideas beyond the Vuc deal I threw out earlier this week, I’ll list the players I would absolutely NOT include in any trade unless it’s for a young star like SGA, Haliburton or Luka, which of course would never happen. My untouchables list consists of the following: Ant, Jaden, TSJ, Dilly, and Clark. I would be highly reluctant to trade Rudy or Donte. And I’d only trade one or both our picks if we get picks i return. That leave Randle, NAW, Minott and Miller as our main trade assets I’d be inclined to shop for the right return.
Now here’s my list of players the Wolves should think about pursuing as trade acquisitions (I’ll leave free agents to pursue for another thread):
1. Derrick White
2. Jrue Holiday
3. Fultz
4. Lonzo Ball

All right boys, I want to hear your best offer for Derick White
Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
Welp, I still think our trade/FA targets are completely dependent on the draft selections and player options for NAZ and Julius. Then this thread can really get cooking!
Re: Wolves Non-Durant Trade Ideas
Sorry to ruin your list but Fultz is a FA.Lipoli390 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 22, 2025 3:43 pm It’s time for all of us to put more time and effort into this thread now that we can leave the other thread behind and breath a sigh of relief.
