My Pre-Season Wolves Dream
<t>Every year in September I seem to have a dream where I am the last man on the wolves bench. Usually the dream has me playing in a game, not this year. (One Detail: I am scheduled for knee surgery next week)<br/> <br/> I'm limping in to Flip's office to tell him I hurt my knee. I find him sitting ...

Re: Where would Wiggins be drafted in this year's draft?
Remember a healthy Embid had a very good chance of going ahead of Wiggins last year. Just as a demonstration that size has its own premium.

Re: Let's Try To Make Some Sense Out of All This
<t>I expect zero active mentoring from KG, however I do expect guys like Payne, Muhammed, amd Wiggins to learn from watching a great close up (and hope he is merciless with bennett in practice.). That said I have little misgivings about this deal. It ensures we lose more games than we would have won...

Re: SI Has It!!! Lebron says "I'm Coming Home"
good for Cleveland. I dont care if we get thompson back for love. wiggins + assorted garbage is fine . we can grab a power forward withe 6th pick in the draft next year. or would a trade give us room to go after Monroe, or ed davis?

Re: Wolves Scrimmage
<t>from what I saw of Lavine last night he will be able to do either. his athleticism is very very impresssive. GRIII can jump, Lavine can fly.<br/> <br/> Shabazz looked like Shabazz, Hardwork and grinding. He played well.<br/> <br/> it looked like the Flip offense of old lots of jumpers, and GRIII ...

Re: Wolves 4th quarter Breakdowns
<t>the Kevin Love play was hard to watch live even knowing he had just been manhandled at the other end with no call. It was more seeing the other less egregious defenses lapses that lead to baskets, like letting Evans go right so easily and the weak closeouts on the three point line.<br/> <br/> The...

Re: Miller and Dudley
<t>I would take a long look at Dudley for brewer straight up. not sure if I would do it though. it would depend on how Dudley would fit in the corner, elbow, let JJ dribble offense.<br/> <br/> I would miss the brewer leak out mystery bag though. And brewer for as much trouble as we give him is not t...

Re: Official 2014 NBA draft thread
<t>Being a Syracuse fan it has been fun watching the timberwolves real D-league club this winter and has taken the edge of some of the flip/Adelman/jj/ricky at the rim angst.<br/> <br/> I would take Ennis in a heart beat.<br/> And CJ Fair would be a strong early 2nd round choice.<br/> <br/> we could...
